    • Who we're looking for

      • People with passion

        We want people with passion (the “boundless enthusiasm” sort of passion that is) who are prepared to make the commitment to growing their own business. Attitude is probably more important than experience and you’ll need to demonstrate strong communication skills along with an obsession for delivering great service.

    • What you need

      • Apart from investment capital

        Apart from your investment capital (details can be found in our downloadable prospectus), we’ll need to agree a location for your Tea Monkey outlet. We’ll work with you in the planning stages and provide help and support in getting everything organised.

    • How it works

      • This is how it works

        If Tea Monkey is right for you, we have a pretty simple process for moving things along. Once we’ve had a chat, we’ll invite you to an initial meeting where you’ll be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at which point we can discuss specifics.

      • Once you've decided

        Once you’ve decided to join the family, you’ll need to sign a Deposit Agreement to reserve your location and pay a franchise deposit, at which point you’ll get a formal offer.

      • Once we're completed

        There are then a couple of steps to approve the site, draw up the plans and then you can get going with fit-out and we’ll start your training programme.Once we’ve completed all the above, and completed our Franchise check-list, you’ll get sign-off to open and Hey Presto!You’re in business!
